Had the SHA coffee morning today at the Bradley Court Hotel on South Cliff Scarborough, lovely place staff very customer focussed.
Met some fellow hoteliers who have all got near the end of a busy season, so everyone was in a boyant mood.
Earlier I met a chap called Chris Parkin who is using an online type booking system called “rezovation system” is used by Mr. Chris Parkin who runs www.bandbowner.com (he may be selling the product through his site at a cheaper price!)

Online booking and affordable access is something that I am looking further into at the moment my sister uses http://www.guestmaster.com/ which is a great piece of “kit” though it can be costly when the price is reflected in a per bedroom basis, I am presently looking to see if we can get preferential rates for our Scarborough Hospitality Association Members.
